Directions Heat a large heavy-bottomed nonstick skillet over high heat
- Ingredients
- 1/3 cup plain vegetable oil, like soy, corn, or peanut
- 1/3 pound black forest ham, diced, or about 2 cups cooked, cubed or shredded meat
- 1 onion, diced
- Salt and pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 -inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
- 3 whole scallions, thinly sliced on the bias, white and green separated
- 1 1/3 cups (6 ounces) medley frozen corn, peas, carrots
- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 4 cups cold cooked long-grain rice, white or jasmine rice, grains separated
Slow Cooker Chili

Directions 1Saute the onions, green pepper, and bacon until the onions start to turn gold

- 2 teaspoons cumin or 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons basil
- 1 cup water

Crab Cakes

Directions In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients, except for the flour and peanut oil

- 3 green onions (green and white parts), finely chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash cayenne pepper
- Flour, for dusting

Spicy Romano Chicken

Alfredo Sauce Smmer cream,butter and cream cheese until melted, stirring constantly
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 boneless chicken breast(cooked)
- 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup of diced green onions
- 1/8 cup of sliced sun-dried tomatoes
- Alfredo sauce (look below)
- 1/4 cup of grated romano cheese
- 1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- cayenne pepper to taste

- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 tbsp cream cheese

- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
