Chocolate-Raspberry Truffle Bars

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 1 lb. semisweet chocolate
- 2 sticks + 1 1/2 Tb. unsalted butter
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 1 c. flour
- 1 pint raspberries
Easy Italian Bread

Divide each bread dough loaf into 3 equal portions
- Serve with Chicken Italiano and Marinated Asparagus!
- 3 (1 lb.) frozen bread dough loaves, thawed
- 3 Tb. olive oil
- 1 Tb. Italian seasoning
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
Marinated Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches

in a shallow dish or large heavy-duty resealable plastic bag; combine first 8 ingredients; add tenderloins
- Jezebel Sauce:
- 1/4 c. lite soy sauce
- 1/4 c. dry sherry or Madeira
- 2 Tb. olive oil
- 1 Tb. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 8 drops hot sauce
- 2 cloves garlic , minced
- 2 pork tenderloins, (3/4 lb. each)
- 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
- 3 dozen party rolls
- 1 c. apple jelly
- 1 c. pineapple-orange marmalade, or pineapple preserves
- 1 jar (6 oz.) prepared mustard
- 1 jar (5 oz.) prepared horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
Raspberry Champagne Cocktail

Directions: Put the raspberries in a small bowl, add the cr de cassis and let macerate for at least 30 minutes
- Fresh raspberries macerated in cr de cassis and then bathed in chilled Champagne, with just a hint of grenadine for extra flavor, make this a sumptuous and eye-catching aperitif for a special meal.
- 4 oz. fresh raspberries
- 3 Tbs. cr de cassis
- 1 bottle (750ml) dry Champagne, chilled
- 4 to 6 tsp. grenadine syrup, (optional)
Chili-Cornbread Salad

Prepare cornbread according to package directions; stir in chiles and seasonings
- 8 1/2-oz. pkg. cornbread muffin mix
- 4-oz. can chopped green chiles
- 1/8 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/8 tsp. dried sage
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1-oz. env. ranch salad dressing mix
- 2 15-oz. cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 15-oz. cans corn, drained
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 10 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
