- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 2 c. nondairy powdered coffee creamer
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 c. instant tea, unsweetened
- 1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanila pudding mix
Oriental Coleslaw

- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 2 spice pkg. from top ramen
- 1 pkg. coleslaw mix
- 2 bunches green onions, chopped
- 1 c. slivered almonds
- 1 c. sunflower seeds
- 2 pkg. Ramen noodles
Bourbon Pecan Bread

Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add sugar, beating well
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. bourbon
- 3 c. flour
- 1 Tb. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans, divided
- 2 tsp. grated orange rind
- 2 Tb. bourbon

Directions: Place all ingredients in the blender and blend thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed
- 2 scoops French Vanilla Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
- 2 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder, (or more)
- 1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened liquid iced tea concentrate
- 1/2 banana
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- A few dashes each, ginger, clove, black pepper
- 4-5 ice cubes
Chilled Choco-Banana Drink

Easy Ham Fried Rice
