  • Grilled Hanger Steak:
  • 2 lb. frozen pizza dough

  • Grilled Side of Salmon:
  • 3-4 lb. salmon side, skin attached
  • 2 Tb. vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. coarse salt
  • 1 tsp. coarse black pepper
  • Chimichurri Sauce:
  • 1 c. fresh parsley leaves, (about 1 bunch)
  • 2 shallots, peeled
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tb. lemon juice
  • 1 c. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Horseradish Creme:
  • 1 c. creme fraiche
  • 4 Tb. horseradish cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
  • Spicy Red Pepper Relish:
  • 2 (16 oz.) jars roasted red peppers, drained
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans diced jalapeno peppers, drained
