Cheddar Onion Yeast Rolls

Heat 2 Tb. oil in a small skillet over medium heat
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil, divided
- 1 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 (.25 oz.) pkg. active dry yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar, divided
- 1 1/2 c. warm milk (105-115 degrees), divided
- 1 large egg
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 3/4 c. bread flour
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Baked Apple Turnovers

For Cooked Apples: Combine all ingredients in a 4-qt
- Cooked Apples:
- 10 cooking apples, peeled and sliced (about 4 1/2 lbs.)
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
- 1 Tb. lemon juice
- 1 (15 oz.) pkg. refrigerated piecrusts
- 2 Tb. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Herbed Flatbread Sandwiches

This is a great way to bring the flavor and feel of homemade bread to your tabletop in a quarter of the time
- Grilled Hanger Steak:
- 2 lb. frozen pizza dough
- flour for dusting
- 2 egg whites
- 16 fresh basil leaves, (or other fresh herbs of your choice)
- 2 Tb. olive oil
- 3-4 lb. steak
- 4 Tb. olive oil
- 3 tsp. coarse salt
- 2 tsp. coarse black pepper
- Grilled Side of Salmon:
- 3-4 lb. salmon side, skin attached
- 2 Tb. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. coarse salt
- 1 tsp. coarse black pepper
- Chimichurri Sauce:
- 1 c. fresh parsley leaves, (about 1 bunch)
- 2 shallots, peeled
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tb. lemon juice
- 1 c. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- Horseradish Creme:
- 1 c. creme fraiche
- 4 Tb. horseradish cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
- Spicy Red Pepper Relish:
- 2 (16 oz.) jars roasted red peppers, drained
- 2 (4 oz.) cans diced jalapeno peppers, drained
- salt and pepper to taste
Easy Three-Seed Pan Rolls

1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl
- It's okay to use only one type of seed for this delicious recipe. Go with what you prefer. If you're short on time, try the French loaf variation.
- 4 tsp. fennel seeds
- 4 tsp. poppy seeds
- 4 tsp. sesame seeds
- 9 frozen bread dough rolls
- 1 egg white, beaten

Oven-Fried Chicken

- 2 c. panko breadcrumbs
- 1 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. olive oil, divided
- 1 Tb. minced fresh thyme
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tb. water
- 2 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4" thickness
