Directions: Place all ingredients in the blender and blend thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed
- Vitamin C from the orange juice helps support healthy skin.
- 2 scoops French Vanilla Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
- 2 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder, (or more)
- 1 cup nonfat milk or plain soy milk
- 3 Tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 ice cubes
Speedy Chinese Noodles

- 1/4 c. oil
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/8-1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 8 oz. pkg. thin spaghetti, cooked

- Dr. Pepper--the soft drink orginally made in Waco, Texas--is the perfect marinade for steak.
- 1 lb. skirt or flank steak
- 1 (16 oz.) bottle Dr. Pepper
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced red cabbage
- 1/4 c. thinly shredded green cabbage
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 c. chopped cilantro
- 2 Tb. mayonnaise
- 4 tsp. malt vinegar
- 1 tsp. granulated sugar
- Tostadas:
- 1 Tb. vegetable oil
- 8 (6") corn tortillas
- 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt, divided
- 4 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 c. shredded caciotta or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 c. goat cheese crumbles
Granola-Ginger Baked Apples

- 4 large Golden Delicious or Jonagold apples
- 3 (1.5 oz.) oat-and-honey granola bars, finely crushed

- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 3/4 c. apple cider
- 1/3 c. cherry preserves

Blueberry Apple Pancakes

- 2 c. chopped broccoli

- 2 Tb. canned tomato sauce
- 2 Tb. light teriyaki sauce
- 1 Tb. chili garlic sauce
