This is such an easy dessert
- 2 pounds fresh strawberries, washed
- 3 1/4 cups whipping cream, divided
- 1/3 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon rosewater (optional)
- 4 sleeves (about 19 ounces, or 24 to 28 whole crackers) graham crackers
- 2 ounces dark chocolate, finely chopped

- 4 oz cream cheese, softened (recipe called for 5-6 but I only had 4)
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups plus 3 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

- •1/2 cup Italian limoncello

- •1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
- •1/2 cup lemon juice

- •10 egg yolks
- •1/2 cup unsalted butter , cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- Icing:
- •2 pounds powdered sugar
- •1/4 to 1/2 cup Italian limoncello
- •1 pound unsalted butter , room temperature
- •1 pound Crisco vegetable shortening
- •1 tsp. salt
- •1 tsp. vanilla
- Meringue Garnish:
- •4 egg whites , room temperature
- •1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- •1/2 cup
- •1 Tbsp. superfine sugar

- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 heaping cup shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon

- FOR THE FILLING:
- 1 large baking potato, peeled and cut into a 3/4-inch dice
- 1 1/2 cups each of peeled and thinly sliced carrots, frozen peas, sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup each of broccoli florets, frozen corn kernels, diced butternut squash
- 3 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 large onion, quartered and thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 1/2 vegetable bouillon cubes dissolved in 1 1/4 cups hot water

- 6 to 8 large apples, peeled, pared, and cut in 8-10 wedges

- Seasonings for Chicken:
- 1 pound chicken meat
- 1 cup celery
- 1 pound bok choy or broccoli
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 pound dry won ton noodles
- 1 pound bean sprouts or snow pea pods
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 green onion, diced along the diagonal
- 1 carrot, sliced (optional)
- 1 red pepper, sliced (optional)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 - 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
- salt, pepper to taste
- 1 small piece (less than 1 teaspoon) of cornstarch
- Gravy:
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt, accent (if desired) and pepper to taste
