- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 can (14 oz.) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Sweetened Condensed Milk

- 1 small box of instant vanilla pudding mix (dry)

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- FILLING:
- 24 Hershey's "Hugs" Kisses (White Chocolate + Milk Chocolate), unwrapped
