Hot, Spicy, Tangy, Sticky Chicken

PLACE chicken in shallow glass dish or heavy plastic bag
- 4 pounds chicken, cut up
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 3/4 cup KC Masterpiece Barbecue sauce
Slow Cooker BBQ Meatballs and Polish Sausage

1.Fill a large pot with lightly-salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat
- 1 (16 ounce) package kielbasa sausage
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
- 1 (10 ounce) jar grape jelly
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoo nlemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup cornflakes cereal, crushed
Southern Style Dirty Rice

Taste Like Lasagne Soup

Heat the oil over medium-high heat in a large nonstick saucepot or Dutch oven
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 pound Italian turkey sausage, casings removed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (32-ounce) container chicken broth
- 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can petite diced tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 4 ounces broken whole-wheat lasagna noodles (about 4 noodles)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 Whole-wheat breadsticks or grissini (optional)
Grilled Garlic Pepper Chicken

IN small bowl, combine all marinade ingredients; blend well
- 3 pounds chicken, cut up and skinned
- Marinade
- 1 cup white wine or chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or oil
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 each garlic cloves up to 8
- 1 each serrano pepper, seeded
Ravioli Soup (skinny)

In a Dutch oven, cook beef until no longer pink; drain
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 c water
- 2 cans (one 28oz and one 14.5 oz)crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (6oz) tomato paste
- 1 1/2 c chopped onion
- 1/4 c minced fresh parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3/4 t dried basil
- 1/2 t dried oregano
- 1/2 t onion salt
- 1/2 t sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/4 t dried thyme
- 1 package (9oz)refreigerated cheese ravioli
- 1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
Merry Berry Cheese Bars

Preheat oven to 350. With mixer, beat flour, oats, 3/4 c sugar and butter until crumbly
- 2 c unsifted flour
- 1 1/2 c oats
- 3/4 c + 1 T firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 c butter or margarine, softened
- 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1/4 c Realemon Lemon Juice from concentrate
- 1 16oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 2 T cornstarch
Another Meatloaf

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, but avoid excess handling so it stays moist
- 3/4 lb ground beef
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 packet Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix
- 1/3 c dry bread crumbs
Macaroni and Cheese Dijon

- 1/2 lb velveeta cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 2 T dijon mustard or more if you like
- 6 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
- 1/3 c green onion slices
- 1/8 t cayenne pepper
- 3 1/2 c tri colored rotini pasta, cooked and drained
- 1/2 c french fried onion rings
