Stuffed Bell Pepper Casserole

Add 1 T oil to skillet and cook meat, remove to a container
- 4 Bell Pepper different colors, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 c cooked rice
- 1 1/2 T oil
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 pound meat ( I use ground turkey)
- 14 oz diced tomatoes, drained ( I use the seasoned tomatoes)
- 1 1/2 c smoked mozzarella shredded cheese
- 2 T basil
- salt and pepper
- bread crumbs
Baked Cinnamon French Toast

LINE the bottom of a greased 13x9 pan with six slices of bread
- 12 slices cinnamon bread divided
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 9 each eggs
- 1 quart milk
- 2 cups whipping cream

Good Time Beef Brisket

- 4 pounds beef brisket
- 1 can beer
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

- 1-1/2 cups soft whole wheat bread crumbs

Lime Chicken

This is a diabetic recipe
- 1/2 c lime juice
- 1/4 c cilantro
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 T olive oil
- To get juice out of a lime, roll it under your palm to soften the fruit and get the juices flowing or pierce with a fork and microwave it on medium for 10-20 seconds.
