  • 1 1/2 T oil
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 pound meat ( I use ground turkey)
  • 14 oz diced tomatoes, drained ( I use the seasoned tomatoes)
  • 1 1/2 c smoked mozzarella shredded cheese
  • 2 T basil
  • salt and pepper
  • bread crumbs
