1. Cut roast in half and place in a slow cooker
- 3 pounds boneless rolled pork loin roast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 16 ounces whole berry cranberry sauce

- 1 cup butter (NOT margarine), softened

- 8 patties frozen hash brown

New Mexican Beef Brisket

- 4 pounds beef brisket, trimmed of fat
- 2 teaspoons celery salt
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
- 1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
- 4 ounces dried red New Mexico or California chiles
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- salt
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 12 each warm tortillas

Zucchini Bread

BEAT eggs until foamy. Add sugar, oil, vanilla, and zucchini
- 3 each eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups grated or shredded zucchini
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Malt Shop Cupcakes

Preheat oven to 350 and line 24 muffin pan with liners
- 6 T butter
- 1/3 c vegetable oil
- 3/4 c water
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 c malted milk powder
- 1 t baking soda
- 1/4 t salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c buttermilk
- 1 1/2 t vanilla

- 3 T malted milk powder
- 4 c powdered sugar
- 4 to 4 1/2 T milk

Preheat oven to 350. Heat a large pot of water to boiling over high heat
- 8 lasagna noodles
- 1/2 lb lean ground turkey
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 onion
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c ricotta cheese
- 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 T fresh basil, chopped
- 1 1/2 T fresh oregano, chopped
- 1/4 c shredded mozzarella cheese or cheddar
