- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 6 cups Rice Krispies®
- 1 package 6oz semi sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 cup butterscotch morsels
- vegetable cooking spray
Cranberry Glazed Pork Roast

IN small saucepan stir together all ingredients except pork
- 4 pounds boneless pork loin roast
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
Slow Cooker Parmesan Honey Pork Loin Roast

Place roast in slow cooker
- 1 3/4 lb boneless pork loin roast
- 2/3 c grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c honey
- 3 T soy sauce ******
- 1 T dried basil
- 1 T dried oregano
- 2 T chopped garlic
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/2 t salt
- 2 T cornstarch
- 1/4 c chicken broth
- 1 t sugar, optional
Yankee Pot Roast

pot roasts are done when a long handled fork can be inserted into the thickest part of the roast easily
- 1 boneless beef chuck roast 4-5lbs
- 1 T canola oil
- 2 large onions, coarsely chopped
- 2 c sliced carrots
- 2 celery ribs, sliced
- 2 cans (14 1/2 oz each)Italian stewed tomatoes
- 1 3/4 c water
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t dried thyme
- 1/4 t pepper
- 4 med potatoes, peeled and cut into eighths
Cranberry Sangria

COMBINE all and chill 2 to 8 hours
- 1 bottle dry red wine (750ml)
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup cranberry flavored liqueur, optional
- 1 each orange, thinly sliced
- 1 each lime, thinly sliced
Marinated Tomatoes and Cucumbers

In 2 qt shallow baking dish, arrange tomatoes, cucumber and onion
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 small cucumber, sliced
- 1 small onion sliced
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice from concentrate
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- lettuce leaves
- imitation bacon or cooked crumbled bacon
Avacado Shrimp Salsa

In a large bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients
- 1 lb cooked mall shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped
- 2 med tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 2 med ripe avacados, peeled and chopped
- 1 c minced fresh cilantro
- 1 med sweet red pepper, chopped
- 3/4 c thinly sliced green onions
- 1/2 c chopped peeled seeded cucumber
- 3 t lime juice
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- Tortilla chips
Cauliflower Burgers (or Fritters)

This recipe is from Lieanna Stanton and I changed it up a bit for burgers
- 4 cups steamed cauliflower roughly chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 c whole wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c Romano cheese
- 1/4 c parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 c hot water
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 c olive oil
- sandwich thins (bread)
- chipotle or dijon mustard
- slices of pepper jack cheese

1. Brown beef 6 to 8 minutes in large skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly
- 4 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 can tomato sauce (28oz)
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 20 each hamburger buns
