- 16 oz cream cheese cubed
- 1 c fresh blueberries
- 12 large eggs
- 1/3 c maply syrup
- 2 c milk
- Sauce
- 1 c sugar
- 2 T cornstarch
- 1 c water
- 1 c fresh blueberries
- 1 T unsalted butter
Mac and Cheese the Lady's way

- 4 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 4 cups cooked elbow macaroni, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Chicken Tortilla Soup

COMBINE all ingredients except chips and cheese in large slow cooker
- 4 each chicken breasts
- 2 cans 15 oz black beans, undrained
- 2 cans 15 oz Mexican stewed tomatoes or Rotel
- 1 cup salsa(your preferred temperature)
- 1 can 4 oz chopped green chilies
- 1 can 14oz tomato sauce
- tortilla chips
- grated cheese
Apple Butter Cookies

IN a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 each egg
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup apple butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup raisins
Makeover Oatmeal Bars (skinny)

In a large bowl, beat the sugar, applesauce, oil land syrup until well blended
- 2/3 c sugar
- 1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
- 1/3 c canola oil
- 1 T maple syrup
- 2 c quick cooking oats
- 1 c flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t ground allspice
- 1/2 c raisins
Fettuccine with Mushrooms and Tomatoes (skinny)

Cook the fettuccine according to package directions
- 1 pkg 12 oz fettuccine
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms, halved
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 t olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 T all purpose flour
- 3 c 1% milk
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/2 c sun dried tomatoes thinly sliced (not packed in oil)
- 1 c shredded reduced fat swiss cheese
- 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
Classic Cheese Fondue

Toss the cheese with the flour
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 lb Gruyere cheese, shredded (or 1/2 lb Gruyere and 1/2 lb Emmental cheese)
- 3 T all purpose flour
- 1 3/4 c dry white wine
- 1/4 t freshly grated nutmeg
- a splash or two of kirsch (optional)

- 1 pounds ground chuck
- 1 pound ground Italian Sausage
- ½ pound ground veal
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon oregano, chopped
- 3 teaspoons fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano
- 2 (15-ounce) cans crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce
- 1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 cups small curd cottage cheese
