Very good, a little tangy and different than the usual tarter sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup pickles, diced
- 1 tbls red onion, diced
- 1 tbls celery, diced
- 1 tbls parsley, chopped
- 1 1/2 tbls fresh lime juice
- 1 tbls capers, chopped
- 1 tbls caper juice, from the jar
- 1/8 tsp. salt, kosher
- Cayenne pepper, pinch
- White pepper, pinch
- I really don't think it needs salt because it tasted a little too salty to me.
