- 3 green onions
- 1 (3-ounce) package ramen noodles with seasoning pack
- 1 (6-ounce) package slivered almonds
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup vegatable oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Cod Baked and Potatoes with Mustard-Horseradish Sauce

- Nonstick vegetable oil spray
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons Dijon musard with horseradish
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2/3 pound unpeeled red-skinned potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 6-ounce cod fillets
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Dressing Basic Vinaigrette

- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon white wine
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Vegetables, Fried Asparagus

- 1 poound fresh asparagus
- 1 cup al-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 1/2 cups self-rising cornmeal mix
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- Peanut oil for frying
- Serve with Creole Mustard Sauce (Recipe under sauces)
