- 1/3 cup skim milk

- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 (8 oz) pkg extra-sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 (8 oz) pkg Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- Paprika, for sprinkling

- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour, divided
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 3 Tbsp. dry sherry, (see Note)
- 1 lb frozen French-cut green beans, (ab 4 cups)
- 1/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. buttermilk powder, (see Note)
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Italian Hummus*
