Honey Spice-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin

PREHEAT oven to 425ºF. Brush meat with 2 Tbsp
- 1 pork tenderloin (1 lb.)
- 1/4 cup KRAFT CATALINA Dressing, divided
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1 Tbsp. honey

- 1/2 cup crumbled reduced-fat blue cheese plus 1/4 cup, divided
- 6 Tbsp. buttermilk
- 4 tsp. red-wine vinegar, divided
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper, divided
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 3/4" pieces
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. hot sauce, such as Frank’s Red Hot
- 8 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 3 lg carrots, chopped

Great Goulash: Ground Turkey Paprikash and Macaroni*

Bring a pot of water to boil for pasta
- 1/2 lb elbow macaroni
- Salt
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, 1 turn of the pan
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 package, 1 1/3 lb average weight, ground lean white turkey
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 Tbsp. sweet paprika
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. dried marjoram
- Black pepper
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. chopped flat-leaf parsley

Goulash

Fry hamburger and drain. Add onion and celery and sauté for a while
- 1-2 lb. hamburger
- 2 cups sliced celery
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 1 lg. can mushrooms
- 1 28-oz. can crushed tomatoes
- 1 28-oz. can whole tomatoes
- 1/2 pkg. Mrs. Grass Goulash Noodles
- season salt
- sugar
- garlic powder
- crushed red pepper
- oregano
- parsley
- seasoned pepper
Cheryl's Company Chicken Casserole

Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken breasts in 9 x 13 pan (approx 6 to a pan)
- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast per person
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick margarine (melted)
- 1 slice Swiss Cheese per chicken breast
- 1 cup white wine or sherry
- 2 cups dry seasoned stuffing mix (cubes)
Spinach Noodle Casserole

Preheat oven to 350° Cook spinach, drain well
- 2 pkgs. chopped spinach
- 2 Tbs. minced onion
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 lb. grated Jack Cheese
- 4-6 oz. egg noodles

- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. sea salt

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 8 strips bacon
