Spinach Noodle Casserole

  • 2 pkgs. chopped spinach
  • 2 Tbs. minced onion
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 lb. grated Jack Cheese
  • 4-6 oz. egg noodles



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°

Cook spinach, drain well. Add half the sour cream, onions salt and pepper to taste, and spinach. Cook the noodles, drain and add half the butter. Combine spinach and noodles. Layer spinach and noodles with cheese in a casserole dish, ending with cheese. Top with remaining sour cream and dot with butter.

Bake in 12x7 flat baking pan, until top bubbles about 30 minutes.
