Ginger Garlic Green Beans

Cook beans in a 6-quart pot of boiling well-salted water, uncovered, until just tender, 6 to 7 minutes
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. grated peeled ginger
- 2 tsp. rice vinegar (not seasoned) 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. Asian sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted
Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Dip *
