Simple Seasoned Pasta*

In a saucepan, bring broth to a boil
- 2 14-oz. cans Swanson Seasoned Chicken Broth with Italian Herbs
- 3 cups twists pasta
Spicy Pico De Gallo*

Combine all in medium bowl, toss to blend well
- 1 lb plum tomatoes, seeded, chopped
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 6 Tbsp. (packed) chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 lg garlic cloves, minced
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. minced seeded jalapeno chilies
Avocado Fries

Preheat oven to 425° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and coat with cooking spray; set aside
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 2 medium firm ripe avocados, halved, seeded, peeled, and cut into 1/2-inch-thick wedges
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup finely crushed tortilla chipsor panko bread crumbs
- Chili powder (optional)
Mixed Berry Limoncello Sangria

- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup halved fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
- 1 med lemon, thinly sliced
- 1/2 12 oz. can frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed (3/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup (4 oz) limoncello (lemon-flavor liqueur)
- 2 750 milliliter bottle Prosecco or sparkling wine, chilled
Broccoli Cheese Frittata*

Preheat oven to 375°. Cut broccoli stems into 1/2-inch pieces, and cut florets into 1-inch pieces; set aside
- 2 heads broccoli (about 2 pounds)
- 2 tsp. unsalted butter
- 2 sm onions, peeled, cut into 1/2" pieces
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 tsp. coarse salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 3 lg whole eggs
- 9 lg egg whites
- 1/2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup)
- 2 oz. goat cheese (1/3 cup)

Tex-Mex Baked Beans

In 3.5 or 4 quart slow cooker combine all ingredients and mix well
- 2 15.5-oz. cans great northern beans, drained, rinsed
- 2 15-oz. cans black beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 4.5-oz. can chopped green chiles
- 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
Hot Reuben Dip

- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cup (6 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
- 4 oz. deli sliced corned beef, chopped
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1/2 cup drained sauerkraut

- 2 cup chopped onion (about 1 large)
- 1 lb. chuck steak, trimmed and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 1/2 cup chopped peeled carrot (about 4)
- 1 cup chopped celery (about 4 stalks)
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup uncooked pearl barley
- 5 cup fat free, less sodium beef broth
- 2 cup water
- 1/2 cup no-salt added tomato puree
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 bay leaves
Best-Ever Baked Beans

Combine all ingredients, except in bacon, in large ovenproof container
- 5 lb pork and beans, canned
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/3 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp mustard, prepared
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 3 drops tabasco
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 2 strip bacon, uncooked and cut in half
