Reuben Spread

In a 3 1/2 or 4 quart slow cooker combine all ingredients
- 1 lb. cooked corned beef, finely chopped
- 1 16-oz. can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained, and snipped
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss Cheese ( 6-oz.)
- 1 cup 1000 Island Dressing
- 1 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese cut up
- 1 Tbs. prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp. caraway seeds
- Rye crisp bread pr rue crackers
- pickle slices optional
Smoked Salmon Picnic Spread*

Finely chop salmon. Place in a bowl with goat cheese and yogurt
- 2 oz. smoked salmon
- 2 oz. mild goat cheese at room temperature
- 2 Tbs. Greek style fat free yogurt
- 1 Tbs. minced chives

- 4 scallions, sliced
- 1/2 cup prepared salsa
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeño slices, chopped
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack, or Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 1/2 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 med tomato, chopped
- 1 med avocado, chopped
- 1/4 cup canned sliced black olives, (optional)
Spring Frittata

- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 2/3 cup shredded or crumbled cheese
- 2 cup cooked vegetables
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
Creamy Pasta Primavera

COOK pasta as directed on package
- 3 cup penne pasta, uncooked
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Light Zesty Italian Reduced Fat Dressing
- 1-1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" chunks
- 2 zucchini, cut into chunks
- 1-1/2 cup cut up fresh asparagus (1" lengths)-or snap peas
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

Using a hand mixer place cream and cocoa powder in medium bowl
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup powered sugar
- 14 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. rum extract
Grilled Bratwurst Sandwiches with Caraway Sauerkraut*

- 4 precooked bratwurst sausages (3 oz. each)
- 4 hard rolls, halved horizontally
