- 2/3 whole almonds, ground
- 3/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 3/4 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 4 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
- 5 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 16 oz. can pumpkin
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
- 1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp. sugar
Spike Chicken Seasoning

Mix all together and season on chicken
- 1 Tbs Spike
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt

- 1/4 tsp sage
- pinch white pepper
- pinch ground red pepper
