Soybean Hummus*
By mamapig
Combine soybeans and 1/4 cup water in a sm saucepan; bring to a boil
- 1 cup frozen, shelled edamame
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 6 (6-inch) pitas, cut into 8 wedges
Formaggi Frittata with Sausage

In bowl, lightly whisk eggs; whisk in pepper and cheeses
- 10 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 oz. Asiago cheese, cut into 1/2" dice
- 3 oz. Provolone cheese, cut into 1/2" dice
- 1 tsp. olive oil, plush more for brushing
- 2 Creminelli sausages, cut into 1/2" rounds
- 1 cup thinly sliced green onions, white and light green part only
- 1/4 cup finely diced roasted red bell pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
Sweet and Savory Beef Brisket*

Cut brisket in half. Place one half in slow cooker
- 1 beef brisket 3-3 1/2 lb..
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup grape jelly
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Dry Rub

Combine the above and rub all over the ribs
- 2 Tbsp cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 2 Tbsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp paprika

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 4 large egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter at room temperature
Simple Layered Fiesta Salad*

PLACE lettuce in bottom of glass serving bowl or on serving platter
- 6 cup torn romaine lettuce
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 cup frozen corn, thawed, drained
- 1-1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
- 1 cup KRAFT Natural Three Cheese Crumbles
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Ranch Dressing
- 1 cup broken tortilla chips
Sweet Slow Pork Tenderloin

Mix ingredients above. Pour over Tenderloin in the crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours
- 2 pound Pork Tenderloin
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 TBS Yellow Mustard
- 2-3 TBS maple syrup
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 2 TBS Diced dried onions
- 1 1/2 TSP Garlic Salt or Powder
Refrigerator Cucumbers

Mix all together in a bowl and allow to stand 2-4 hours
- 6 cups thinly sliced cucumbers
- 1 cup thinly sliced sweet onion
- 2 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups white vinegar
- 1 Tbs salt
Easy Italian Stew*

HEAT dressing in large saucepan on medium heat
- 2 Tbsp. kraft zesty italian dressing
- 1 lb. bulk italian sausage
- 2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables (white onions and sliced green, red and yellow peppers)
- 1 can (15 oz.) cannellini beans,drained, rinsed
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 cup kraft shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
