- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 cups thinly sliced carrots
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 Tbs soy sauce

Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until thick
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup oil plus 1 Tbs oil
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups shredded unpeeled zucchinin
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 6 Tbs cocoa
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
