Basic Rib Rub

Blend all ingredients. Use about 3 Tbsp rub per side of ribs
- 1 Tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 2 Tbsp cumin
- 2 Tbsp packed dark brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp oregano, ground
- 4 Tbsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp white pepper
- 3 Tbsp celery salt
- 3 Tbsp garlic powder
Bran Muffins

In a huge bowl pour boiling water over 100% Bran, and let stand
- 3 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cup Nabisco 100% Bran or Bran Buds
- 2 cup boilin water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 cup Kelloggs All Bran
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 5 tsp. soda
- 5 cup flour
Glazed Green Beans with Honey and Ginger

In a large skillet or Dutch oven melt butter over medium heat
- 2 2 2 Tbs unsalted butter
- 1 1 1 cup finely chopped yellow onion
- 4 4 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 2 2 Tbs finely chopped fresh ginger
- 1 1 1 cup water or vegetable broth
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup honey
- to salt and black pepper to taste
- risp tender but still bright green.
- to lid. If water still remains increase the heat to high and cook until mostly evaporated. Remove from heat and stir in the honey. Season with salt and pepper and top with sesame seeds. Serve warm.
Honey Soy Salmon

Mix all ingredients together and marinate salmon
- 2 scallions, minced
- 4 Tbs. soy sauce
- 2 Tbs. rice vinegar
- 2 Tbs. honey
- 2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
- 2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
