In a large skillet or Dutch oven melt butter over medium heat

  • 2 2 2 Tbs unsalted butter
  • 1 1 1 cup finely chopped yellow onion
  • 4 4 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 2 2 Tbs finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 1 1 cup water or vegetable broth
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup honey
  • to salt and black pepper to taste
  • risp tender but still bright green.
  • to lid. If water still remains increase the heat to high and cook until mostly evaporated. Remove from heat and stir in the honey. Season with salt and pepper and top with sesame seeds. Serve warm.
