Preheat oven at 350 Beat the eggs in a small bowl

  • 4 cups flour (I replaced 2 cups of the flour with White Whole Wheat)

  • 1 cup Crisco ( Butter flavor)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 cups sugar (We prefer a less sweet cookie, we use 1&1/2 cups)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • After making 3/4 of the cookies I added cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger to the last of the dough.
