Pineapple Yogurt Dip

- 1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 ounce) container fat-free plain yogurt
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained well

Holiday Brunch Casserole Recipe

Directions In a large bowl, combine the hash browns, sausage, bacon, green pepper, 1 cup cheese and onion
- 4 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
- 1/2 pound bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 cup reduced-fat biscuit/baking mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups 2% milk
Blackeye Pea Salad

Mix dressing and pour over peas, onions and bell peppers
- Dressing:
- 2 (15oz.) blackeye peas, drained
- 1/2 cup thin sliced purple onions
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper strips
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Preheat oven at 350 Beat the eggs in a small bowl
- 4 cups flour (I replaced 2 cups of the flour with White Whole Wheat)
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup Crisco ( Butter flavor)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 cups sugar (We prefer a less sweet cookie, we use 1&1/2 cups)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- After making 3/4 of the cookies I added cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger to the last of the dough.
Kickin' Turkey Burger with Caramelized Onions and Spicy Sweet Mayo

Directions Combine mayonnaise, mustard, honey, horseradish, hot pepper sauce, and cayenne pepper in a bowl
- Spicy Sweet Mayo
- 1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup coarse-grain mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- hot pepper sauce (e.g. Tabasco™) to taste
- 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- Burgers
- 1 1/4 pounds extra lean ground turkey
- 1/2 large onion, grated
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
- 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dry mesquite flavored seasoning mix
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 large onion, sliced
- 5 hamburger buns, split
