Carrot Cake Recipe

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugars, baking soda, allspice and salt
- FROSTING:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups finely grated carrots
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 to 4 teaspoons milk
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, optional
Grilled Barbecued Bacon-Chicken Skewers

Emeril’s Baby Bam Seasoning

Mix all ingredients together and store in an air tight container
- 3 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons onion powder

- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup light soy sauce
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 tbs. dry mustard
- 2 tbs. Dijon mustard
- 1 cup chili powder
- 1 knob fresh ginger, peeled and cut into 3 pieces (about 4 inches)
- 5 large garlic cloves, roughly chopped
- 2 lemons, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
- 4 to 5 lbs. chicken parts

- 1/2 pounds Good Pizza Dough
- 2 Tablespoons Salted Butter, Softened
- 2 cloves Garlic, Finely Minced
- 1/4 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese (use The Real Stuff, Not The Stuff In The Green Can)
- 1/4 pounds Grated Mozzarella Cheese

- 2 tbs. diced jalapeno peppers

- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
- 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 5 (6 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 quart oil for deep frying
