In a large bowl beat butter and shortening with an electric mixer on med-high speed for 30 seconds
- Brown Sugar Frosting:

- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup half and half or light cream
- 1 1/3 cups sifted powdered sugar
Creamy Chicken Rice Casserole
