- 1/4 teaspoon rum flavoring
Turtle Brownies

- Caramel Pecan Topping:
- 4 oz Ghirardelli Bittersweet Chocolate Baking Bar
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup and 2 Tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Ghirardelli Semi Sweet Chips
- 3/4 cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 3 Tbsp water
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped (6 oz)

- and mix and match from the following options:
- 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 1 pkg (6 oz) Stove Top Stuffing Mix
- 1 cup water
- 1 -1 tsp Italian seasoning and 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce with mozzarella
- 2 -2 tsps chili powder and 3/4 cup salsa with Mexican style cheese
- 1 -1 tsp garlic powder and 3/4 cup BBQ sauce with Cheddar cheese
- 1 -1 tsp oregano and chopped roasted red peppers with crumbled feta cheese
Herbed Beef Kabobs

1. Mix all ingredients for marinade in shallow glass or plastic dish or ziplock bag

- 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into 8 pieces
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, cut into 8 pieces
- 8 small fresh portabello mushrooms
- MARINADE
- 1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh or 1 tsp dried rosemary, crumbled
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh or 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
