CINNAMON ROLL PULL-APART BREAD

MAKE THE DOUGH: Place milk in a microwave safe measuring cup
- FOR THE DOUGH:
- 1 package active dry yeast (about 2 1/4 teaspoons)
- 3/4 cup warm non-fat milk (heated to about 120 degrees, about 30-45 seconds in the microwave)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 3 - 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
- Paddle attachment & dough hook for your mixer
- FOR THE FILLING:
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- FOR THE FROSTING:
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon maple extract, optional
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

Chicken Thighs with Ginger Pear Chutney

- Chutney:
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 2 ripe pears, cored, seeded and finely diced
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup raisins
- Chicken:
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Fresh Apple Cake w/ Brown Sugar Glaze

- Apple Cake:
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups finely chopped apples

- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 Tablespoon heavy cream

- 4 cups chopped onion
- 5 tablespoons canning salt
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped

- 2 1/2 cups white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 1/2 teaspoons celery seed

Peach Caramel Upside Down Cake

- 1 pound peaches (sliced into 1/2 in wedges)

- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons dark rum
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
