Chicken, KFC Fried

I am pretty sure that I have discovered the KFC secret recipe! It is DEAD ON! It is also baked
- Mix in a Gallon Size Ziploc or Large Bowl:
- Place thawed chicken breast tenderloin strips in a bowl of milk. Let soak for 20-30 min.
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 T Season All
- 3/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 c. Flour
- 2 tsp. Paprika
Quiche, Broccoli-Cheese

Preheat oven to 400 F. Steam the broccoli and onions separately for 3 to 4 minutes, just until crisp-tender
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup cottage or ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup buttermilk or yogurt
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- Dash of freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 unbaked pie crust

- 3 small eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
