Salad dressing - Greek Lemon Oregano

In food processor, mix all ingredients except olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 c red wine vingegar
- 1/4 c fresh lemon juice
- 1/1 /2 tsp. dijon mustard
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/4 c chopped fresh oregano
- 1 1/2 cups extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup finely chopped shallots OR red onion
Crab and Seafood Cioppino

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cups chopped yellow onion
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped Italian flat-leaf parsley
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano leaves
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

- 1 teaspoon dry red pepper, optional
- 1 (28-ounce) can Italian tomatoes
- 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 quarts fish stock
- 1 1/2 cups dry white wine
- 2 large raw Dungeness crabs, cracked
- 2 pounds clams and/or mussels
- 1 pound raw prawns (shell optional)
- 1 pound raw scallops
- 1 to 1 1/2 cubed fish fillets (rock cod, halibut, snapper, etc.)

- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika

- Pumpkin Roll Cake
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups pumpkin (pure pumpkin from can; not pumpkin pie mix from can)
- Cream Cheese Filling
- 8 Tbls. butter (melted)
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups 10x sugar sifted
- 2 - 8oz packages of cream cheese softened
