Pound Cake Cupcake Recipe

Combine all of your dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups softened, not melted, butter
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
Make Ahead Mashed Potato Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 Mash potatoes w/ some milk(1/4 - 1/2 cup of milk) and butter
- 4 cups hot, seasoned mashed potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 oz cream cheese(cut into pieces)
- 4 oz. sharp shredded cheese - grated
- extra cheese to sprinkle on top
- 1/2 tesp. seasoned salt

- 8 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1 each Satsuma
- 4 tbsp Light Brown Louisiana Sugar
- 3 oz. Rum
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 oz Lemon lime soda

- 3 Idaho or other large, waxy potatoes, peeled and sliced thin

- 1 bunch fresh mint or spearmint
- 1 cup Simple Syrup, recipe follows
- 1 apple, cored and diced
- 1 orange, peeled and diced
- Crushed ice, as needed
- 1 bottle Spanish rose wine
- 2 cups club soda
- 1 cup grapefruit soda (recommended: Hansens)
- 3 shots white rum

- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup Jamaican rum
- 1 pound, 4 ounces white bread, crust trimmed, cut into 1-inch cubes (about 10 cups)
- 4 cups whole milk
- 15 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh nutmeg
Beef Tenderloin with Three Spreads

Directions 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- 2 2 pounds beef tenderloin roasts or 4 1-lb. pork tenderloins
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt or kosher salt
- 1 recipe Horseradish Mayo
- 1 recipe Black Pepper Olive Relish
- 1 recipe Blue Cheese Parsley Crumble
- 12 slices firm-textured white bread
- Sliced radishes (optional)
- Horseradish Mayo
- Yield: 2/3 cup
- Ingredients
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Directions
- In a bowl stir together mayonnaise, horseradish, parsley, and cayenne pepper. Makes 2/3 cup.
Fudge Cake with Chocolate Ganache

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Ganache:
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar - divided
- 2 bars (2oz. each) Nestle Toll House Unsweetened Chocolate Baking Bars, broken inot pieces
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 6 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped fine (1 cup)
- DIRECTIONS
- Bring the cream to a full boil, transfer it to a bowl, and cool for a minute. Pour the chocolate onto the hot cream and mix with a rubber spatula until the chocolate is melted. The ganache will thicke
