Ingredients

  • 4

    bottles(750 ml each) red wine, such as syrah(or shiraz),cabernet or grenache

  • 1/2

    cup mulling spices

  • 1 1/2

    cup sugar

  • 2

    cups brandy

  • 2

    cups fresh orange juice

  • 2

    oranges sliced

  • 2

    Granny Apples, cored and sliced

  • 2

    Bartlett pears, cored and sliced

  • 1

    lemon and 1 lime sliced

  • 48

    oz chilled club soda

Directions

In a large pot combine wines and mulling spices; simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in sugar and remaining ingredients; refrigerate overnight. Add club soda before serving.
