Easy and delicious! Use a combination of butter and veggie oil for frying, not olive oil
- For frying:
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (fresh grated or shredded)
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 2 Tbls parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 lb lump crab meat
- 2 Tbls butter and 2 Tbls veggie oil

- 1 package (10 oz., about 40) regular marshmallows or 4 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 1/2 cups regular Crispy Treats cereal
- 2 1/2 cups chocolate Crispy Treats cereal
- 1/2 cup Reese’s, cut up

- 2 teaspoons SPICE ISLANDS Ground Cinnamon

Cajun Fried Okra

- House Seasoning:
- 6 cups oil, for frying
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp House Seasoning, recipe follows
- 1/4 teaspoon Cajun spice
- 2 pounds fresh okra, sliced 1/2-inch thick
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup salt
- 1/4 cup black pepper
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- Mix well and store in a jar for up to 6 months.
- Creamy Chili Sauce:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic chili pepper sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- Stir all together in a small bowl, stir, chill.
