- 2 tsp garlic powder or minced garlic
- 1 lbs ground beef

- 2 cups sweet potatoes (mashed) boil them with skin on . Peel when cool.
- 1 Tbp butter or margarine
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tps salt
- 1 tps cinnamon
- 1/2 tps ground ginger
- 1/4 tps ground clover (optional)
- 1 2/3 cups evaporated milk
- 1 tps vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
Crispy Shrimp Balls

In a large fry pan melt the butter over medium heat
- 1 Tbp butter
- 3/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup minced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell peppers
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp cayenne
- 2 pounds medium size shrimp, peeled/deveined and chopped
- 2 tsp chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 2 large brown eggs, 1 beaten
- 2 cups fine dried bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tsp creole seasoning
- 2 Tbp water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Sausage Balls

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 3 cups bisquick
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 pound fresh ground sausage
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- 1 tsp fresh group pepper
- 1 tsp salt

Quick Veal Piccata

Blend the flour with the salt and pepper, then dip the meat in the mixture to coat lightly

- 1/4 cup dry white wine

- 1 8oz raw lobster tail
- 8 large raw prawns peeled and deveined
- 8 Tbp butter cut into tabs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 dozen large fresh mushroom caps
- 6 Tbp melted butter
- Fresh grated parmesan cheese
Orange Beef with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Mix the brandy and soy sauce in a bowl
- 1 pound flank steak, cut into 1/8" slices on the diagonal
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon corn oil
- 1/4 cup finely julienned orange zest, boiled in 4 cups of water
- with 2 tablespoons of water in it, then drained
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, softened, and cut on the julienne
- 5-6 tablespoons corn oil
- 4 scallions, cut on the diagonal into 1" pieces
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons peeled, finely-julienned gingerroot
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped, with seeds
- 1/4 cup beef stock
- Salt
- Freshly-ground pepper
- Thick-crusted French bread, or similar loaf, sliced 1/4" thick on
- the diagonal.
