Basic Fat Burning Soup

Cut veggies in small to medium pieces, mix together with crushed tomatoes and beef broth
- 2 lg cans crushed tomatoes
- 6 lg green onions, chopped
- 1 lg can beef broth
- 1 pkg vegetable soup mix (dry)
- 1 bunch celery
- 2 cans green beans
- 2 green peppers
- 2 lbs carrots
- Season with salt and pepper
- Optional: curry powder, parsley, bullion or hot sauce

- 3/4 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
Frozen Strawberry, Banana, Peach Daiquiri

1. Put the strawberries and banana and wine cooler in blender or frozen drink maker
- 1 lb frozen strawberries in sugar (still frozen)
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 1 Seagrams Escapes peach fuzzy navel wine cooler (or any peach wine cooler, this is just my preference)- or peach nectar
- 1 shot of peach schnapps
- 1/2 t vanilla
- About a handful or so of ice cubes (adding till drink is consistency you like)
Ginger Orange Biscuits

- 5 cups self rising flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
