- 1/4 c ranch dressing
- 1/2 c mayonnaise/mayo
- 1 tsp dill relish
- 1 tsp sweet relish
- pinch salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder to taste
- 1/2 c chopped celery
- dash(es) slap your mama or cajun spice and if you like a little some cayenne pepper

- 1 1/2 cups dry mustard
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup oil
Slow Cooker Cherry Almond Steel-Cut Oatmeal

Coat inside of 3-1/2 quart (or larger) slow cooker with cooking spray
- 3/4 cup dried tart cherries
- 1 apple, peeled and grated (approx. 1 cup grated); or 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1 cup uncooked steel-cut oats
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1-1/2 tablespoons butter, cut into 5-6 pieces, optional (omit or substitute margarine for lactose-free, vegan)
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed

- 2 teaspoons vanilla; or 1/4 teaspoon butter-rum or butterscotch flavor; or 1 tablespoon rum
- Hot Fudge Sauce
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick, 2 ounces) butter
- 1 1/2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1/2 cup (4 ounces) half and half or light cream
- 3/4 cup (5 1/4 ounces) sugar
- 1/3 cup (1 ounce) unsweetened cocoa powder*
- 1 teaspoon espresso powder
- dash of salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- Use Dutch-process, natural, our King Arthur Triple Cocoa Blend, or a combination of any of these options with black cocoa, which makes a sauce that's ultra-dark and delicious.
