- 1 10 lb prime rib roast
- 10 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp dried thyme

Combine first 4 ingredients; chill 2 hours
- 1 packet Hoppin Jalapeno & Bacon dip mix
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 oz medium shell pasta, cooked and cooled
- 1 cup 4oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon
Cheesy Chicken and Potatoes

Combine hashbrowns, broccoli, soup, milk, chicken and half the onions in a slow cooker sprayed with non stick spray
- 32oz package frozen hashbrowns
- 16 oz package frozen broccoli
- 2 10 3/4 oz cans cheddar cheese soup
- 2 12oz cans evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 lbs bonelss skinless chicken breast cubed
- 6oz can french fried onions, divided
- salt and pepper to taste
- 12oz package shredded cheddar cheese
Crab Balls

Remove shells from crabmeat
- 1 lb crabmeat
- 1 egg
- 1/3 scant cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup cracker crumbs
- 1/3 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 tbsp prepared mustard
- bread crumbs
Fettucini Chicken

In a dutch oven or large kettle, saute the chicken in the oil and butter
- 1 1/2 lbs diced boneless chicken
- 2 tbsp safflower oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 lb andouille sausage or any hot sausage
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 cups diced green bell peppers
- 2 diced celery stalks
- 2 cups peeled seeded and chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp each pepper, oregano, basil, thyme leaves, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 3 drops tabasco sauce
- 1 lb fettucini noodles
Slow cooked barbecue beef with Southwestern flavors

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low until meat is tender enough to shred 6 to 8 hours
- 1 beef chuck roast about 3 lbs
- 1 can 14.5oz petite diced tomatoes
- 1 can 14oz chicken broth
- 3 canned chipotle chillies in adobo, minced
- 2 tbls chili powder
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 3 large galic gloves minced
- 1 1/2 cups sweet bbq sauce

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; stirring until well blended
- 16 oz sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 8 oz Velveeta small cubed
- 1 cup white American cheese, shredded
- 1 lb. pork sausage, crumbled, cooked and drained
- 1/4 cup green onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground sage
- 1/4 tsp. curry
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- dash of garlic salt or powder
- Sea salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
Herbed Deviled Eggs

Remove shells from cooked eggs
- 12 hard cooked eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp dried chives
- 1/2 tsp dill weed
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbls milk

Prepare dinner as directed on package
- 1 7.25 oz pkg Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 14.5 oz stewed tomatoes undrained
- 1 16oz can kidney beans drained
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Sausage Filled Manicotti

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 13x9 baking pan with cooking spray
- 1 package 8oz manicotti shells
- 1 jar 14oz tomato sauce
- For the Filling
- 6 ounces hot or sweet sausage casing removed
- 1 container 15 to 16oz ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg; lightly beaten
- 3 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1/8 tsp pepper
