Slow Cooked Ham and Broccoli

Simple and Delicious Dec/Jan 2010-2011
- 3 cups cubed fully cooked ham
- 3 cups frozen chopped broccoli thawed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 jar 8oz process cheese sauce
- 1 1/4 cups uncooked instant rice
- 1 cup milk
- 1 celery rib chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Chicken Ham Casserole

Cook rice according to package directions
- 1 package 6oz long grain rice
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 cup cubed fully cooked ham
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can 12oz evaporated milk
- 1 cup colby cheese
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Shoepeg Corn Casserole

In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients
- 2 can 11oz each shoepeg or white corn drained
- 1 can 10 3/4 oz condensed cream of celery soup undiluted
- 1 cup 8oz sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 3/4 cup crushed butter flavored crackers
- 2 tbsp butter melted
Pretzel Salad

Mix pretzels, butter and 4 tbsp sugar and pat into long pan or glass baking dish
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 3/4 cups butter melted
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 8oz cream cheese

- 2 10oz packages frozen strawberries
Savory Three Cheese Spread

Spread cream cheese onto bottom of 9 inch pie plate
- 1 8oz package cream cheese softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 slices smoked ham finely chopped
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped red bell peper
- 1 tbsp sliced green onions
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Italian Sausage with Peppers and Onions

Poach raw sausages in 1/2 cup water in a covered skillet, simmering until almost done
- 8 mild or hot italian sausages
- 4 medium onions, cut in half and sliced
- 2 large green bell peppers, cored, seeded and sliced
- 2 large red bell peppers, cored, seeded and sliced
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp dried oregano
- 3/8 cup white or red wine
- 1 cup shredded parmesan, mozzella or provolone cheese or a combination
Angel Hair Pasta with Chicken

- 2 tbsp olive oil divided
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 carrot sliced
- 1 10oz package frozen broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 12 oz angel hair pasta
- 2/3 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
