Crab Balls

  • 1 lb crabmeat
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 scant cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 tbsp prepared mustard
  • bread crumbs



Step 1

Remove shells from crabmeat. Add cracker crumbs. Mix egg, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and mustard. Add this mixture to the crabmeat. Make into small balls or crab cakes. Roll in bread crumbs and fry in deep fat at 375 until browned.
