- 8 whole Croissants (a Rounder Shape Is Best)

- 1/4 cup Half-and-half
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- Butter, For Frying And Serving
- Warm Syrup, For Serving
- Strawberries, For Serving (optional)
- Whipped Cream, For Serving (optional)
Lime Cilantro Rice

- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups black tea
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 cups Jamaican rum
- 2 cups cognac
- 1/2 cup peach brandy
- 1/3 cup maraschino liqueur
- Lemon wheels and grated nutmeg for garnish
Peach Whisky Chicken

Directions Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 chicken legs or thighs, bone in, skin on
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 1 1/2 cups whisky
- 4 cups barbecue sauce
- 1 cup peach preserves
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 4 peaches, pitted and sliced into 8 slices each
- Mashed potatoes, for serving
- 3 green onions, sliced thin, for serving
- Chopped fresh parsley, for serving
Sweet Pumpkin Dip

- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- 15 oz pumpkin puree
- 2 c powdered sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
Quick Chicken And Wine

Mix bread crumbs, spices and parmesean cheese together and pour into shallow plate
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken cutlets
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 c bread crumbs
- 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1 c white wine

Muffins-cranberry pumpkin muffins

- 1 1/2 C flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 3/4 t ground ginger

Braised Short Ribs

Hand-Formed Parmesan Tater Tots
