Pineapple-Banana Coffee Cake

Heat oven to 350. Grease bottom only of 8 inch square pan
- 1 pkg banana quick bread mix
- 3/4 c water
- 3 TBSP vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 8oz can crushed pineapple drained and liquid reserved
- 1/4 c coconut
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 1 TBSP melted butter
Sesame Noodles

Whisk all ingredients (except noodles and green onions) together in a bowl
- 12 ounces Thin Noodles, Cooked And Drained
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce

How to Render Beef Tallow

- Quality grass fed beef fat (suet)- any beef fat can be rendered into tallow, but "leaf fat," which lies around the kidneys, is best

Pasta-Cheesy Baked Shells and Broccoli

Heat broiler. Cook the pasta according to the package directions
- 3/4 pound medium pasta shells
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 cups grated Cheddar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Fish-Basil Shrimp

In a shallow bowl, mix together olive oil and melted butter
- 3 lbs fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 1/2 TBSP olive oil
- 1/4 c butter, melted
- 1/2 c fresh lemon juice
- 1 TBSP Dijon mustard
- 1/2 c fresh basil leaves, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Poultry-Chicken & Rice Bake

Stir the soup, water, rice, paprika and black pepper in a 2-quart shallow baking dish
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Broccoli or Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
Soup - Acorn Squash Soup

1. In a large saucepan, saute the onion and celery in butter
- 1 * 1 small onion
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 2 * 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 * 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 3 * 3 teaspoon chicken Better than Bouillon
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- * dash cayenne pepper
- 2 * 2 cups H2O
- 12 * 12 ounce light cream
- 3 * 3 cups mashed cooked acorn squash
- 1 * 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste
- 5 * 5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
Healthy Liver Soup

In large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped or minced
- 4 plum (Roma tomatoes, peeled and seeded, diced) or use 1 can of petite diced tomatoes, no need to drain)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano or 1 teaspoon dried
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 4 cups (32 fl oz) Vegetable stock or broth
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 carrot, peeled, halved lengthwise, and thinly sliced crosswise
- 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 zucchini, halved lengthwise, and thinly sliced crosswise
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- You can also cut up yellow squash or other veggies. (Or if you desire add Jimmy Dean’s precooked crumbled Turkey Sausage, or Cooked Chicken, or add pasta or beans, but that will change the calorie count so adjust).

- 1/4 cup water
