Cheeseburger Soup

Brown the ground beef in 3 quart saucepan
- ½ pound ground beef (use 1 pound)
- ¾ cup chopped onion
- ¾ cup shredded carrots
- ¾ cup diced celery
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 4 tablespoons butter, divided
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups peeled and diced potatoes
- ¼ cup all purpose flour
- 2 cups of Velveeta processed cheese cubed (I used 16 ounce) or- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1½ cups milk
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ¼ to ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ cup sour cream
Muellers Mac & Cheese

In medium saucepan combine corn starch, salt, dry mustard and pepper; stir in milk
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard (optional)
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2-1/2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp Margarine or butter
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded cheese, divided

- 1 whole (4 To 5 Pounds) Chuck Roast
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 whole Onions
- 6 whole Carrots (Up To 8 Carrots)

- 1 cup Red Wine (optional, You Can Use Beef Broth Instead)

In a heavy pot or Dutch oven, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy, stirring occasionally
