- 2 teaspoons thyme, ground
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
- Vegetable oil spray
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
Black-and-White Coconut Rice Pudding

In a medium saucepan, combine the black rice and water and bring to a boil

Tomato Basil Soup

- 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth (or substitute 1 cup water for 1 cup broth)
- 2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
- 3 ounces of tomato paste
- 4-6 leaves of fresh basil rolled and sliced
- 1-2 cloves garlic crushed and minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- Pinch of marjoram
- Salt and black pepper to taste

- 1/2 cup of the drippings from cooking the fried chicken
- 3 cups whole milk
- salt and lots of freshly ground black pepper

- 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice from concentrate(RealLemon brand works good)
- 1 16 oz. can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp. corn starch
