Parmesan Shrimp

In a bowl toss together: Shrimp, lemon juice, worcestershire, salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 pounds medium-sized shrimp shelled
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- Pepper
- 1 cup flour
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 cup Parmesan shrimp
- Oil for deep frying
Penne pasta with basil and mozzarella

While the water for your pasta is heating, cut the fresh mozzarella and tomatoes into 1/2 inch cubes and set aside
- 1- 14 oz package penne pasta
- 1- 10 to 16 oz ball fresh mozzarella
- 2 large vine-ripened tomatoes
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 1/2 cup good quality extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 cup fresh basil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Grated pecorino or parmesan cheese to taste
Superfast Salisbury Steak

Combine first 4 ingredients
- 3/4 pound ground turkey breast
- 3/4 pound ground round
- 1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 2 large egg whites
- cooking spray
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons madeira wine or 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed French onion soup (such as Campbell's)

- 1 pound uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly pounded (four 4 oz pieces)
- 2 large eggs Whites, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup dried bread crumbs

- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 cup canned tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

- Ingredients
- 2 large apple, red, tart-sweet

- 1 2/3 tablespoon oil, canola

- 1/4 teaspoon pepper, black ground

Cinnamon-glazed Almonds

Put sugar, cinnamon and salt in a large plastic bag and shake to mix
- 2 jars dry roasted or toasted, no salt almonds (6.75oz or 6 oz)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg white

Cook together all ingredients but nuts, to soft ball stage about 3-4 minutes or 240 degrees

- dash of salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 6 Tbsp canned milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
