Pie-Chocolate Ricotta Pie

Mix all ingrediants and poor into pie shell
- 3 lbs Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 pint heavy cream
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanila
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup(or more if not dark enough)
- pinch of salt
- Pie crust
Coconut Almond Macaroons

DIRECTIONS Preheat to oven to 325° F with oven rack in center
- INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup egg whites, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1-7 oz box Odense Almond Paste
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 14 oz package sweetened flaked coconut
- Optional: Melting chocolate, to drizzle over cookies

- Electric mixer
- Box grater

Pasta-shrimp with spinach (sausage and broccoli Rabe)

Cook pasta In deep skillet beast oil and cook garlic ** chicken broth Add cleaned broccoli Rabe and salt and pepper
- 1 lb pasta
- 1/4 cup olive oil ( drizzle)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 lbs broccoli Rabe or 2 bags of fresh spinach
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 lb cooked crumbled sausage
- 2 tbs unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- for low fat version use shrimp instead of sausage and no oil or butter

- 1/2 cup white Crisco
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Cream Filling
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 eggs-beaten
- 2 cups milk (scalded)
- 1 tsp vanilla
Cake-Grandma Josie's Walnut Cake

- 1 Box Yellow Pudding Cake Mix
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp maple or walnut flavor
Slow cooker barbecue chicken

- 12 oz bottle barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing or fat free
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbs worcestershire sauce

- 1 stick ( 8 tablespoons ) very cold butter
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 4 large (no bigger) egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Box grater
- Wire rack for cooling*
- Parchment paper
Baked French Toast Casserole with Maple Syrup

Slice French bread into 20 slices, 1-inch each
- Praline Topping:
- 1 loaf French bread (13 to 16 ounces)
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Dash salt

- Maple syrup
- 1/2 pound (2 sticks) butter(I use 1 stick)
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
