- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. mustard powder
- 1 jar mushrooms

- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 6 medium red potatoes, sliced
- 1 medium onion, halved and thinly sliced
