Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tbsp. Italian seasoninng
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 (13.5 oz.) cans spinach, drained
- 4 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2/3 cup bacon bits
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Margaret's Honey Mustard

Mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, honey and cayenne pepper until well blended
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp. honey

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the chocolate with the heavy cream
- 32 ozs. milk chocolate, grated
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. instant coffee powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. white sugar
- 1/3 cup hot water
Nancy's Orange Chiffon Icing

Beat until creamy and smooth enough to spread over cake
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 3 tbsp. orange juice
- 1/4 tsp. orange extract or 1 tsp. grated orange rind
- 2 cups powdered sugar

- 2 cups boiling water

- 1 large Granny Smith apples - peeled, cored and cut into 8 wedges each
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 (12 fluid oz.) can or bottle caffeinated citrus-flavored soda (such as Mountain Dew)
