Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbeque

Place chicken in a slow cooker
- 6 frozen skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 (12 oz.) bottle barbeque sauce
- 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Barbeque Beef Casserole

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 (10 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 cup barbeque sauce

- 1 1/4 cups of extra fine sugar
- 2 tbsp. all purpose flour
- 3 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 oz. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 4 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
- 4 egg whites
- 6 tbsp. white sugar

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup cake flour
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened natural cocoa
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 eggs yolks
- 2 tbsp. red food coloring
- 1/3 cup plus 1 tbsp. buttermilk
- 1 egg white
- 1 recipe Kudzu's Cream-Cheese Frosting
- KUDZU'S CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- In a large mixing bowl, beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add cream cheese, mixing well.
- Add confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Mix on low speed until creamy and smooth.

- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup cooking sherry
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon celery flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar

- 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced

Spray a large turkey roaster with cooking spray
- 2 packages microwave popping popcorn (or 5 quarts of popped corn)
- 1/2 cup lite butter (1 stick)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Karo syrup
- 1 pinch or two of salt (optional and per your taste)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda (can be adjusted down to be less foamy per your taste)
- 1 cups shelled peanuts (or cashews)
