- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 tsp. lemon zest

- 2 (14 oz.) bags frozen baby broccoli florets, thawed and drained, Bird's Eye
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken

Classic Chicken Tetrazzini

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 tbsp. chicken bouillon granules
- 1 tsp. seasoned pepper
- 2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 4 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 (6 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 3/4 cup slivered almonds
Garlic Prime Rib

Place the roast in a roasting pan with the fatty side up
- 1 (10 lb.) prime rib roast

- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 pkg 3 oz. strawberry jello
- 1 cup wesson oil
- 4 egg whites or 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup strawberries and juice
- 1 box confectionary sugar
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/2 cup strawberries and juice mix
Pumpkin Pie on Steroids

- 1 large can of pumpkin (29 oz.)
- 1 lare can of evaporated milk (soup can size)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 1 bag of crushed pecans
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
